Hi! I'm the NPC I'm lots of NPC character's! Razz
Oh, If a village doesn't have a Kage then I'll ask the Highest rank of ninja(Special Jounin) if they have if they want to be kage
if they say no I'll make NPC Kage till the village gets one, Ok?
